The Group operational activities are maintained through the fully onwed subsidiary Terma A/S. Further, Thrige Holding A/S owns all shares in Thrige-Titan A/S which is a dormant company.Terma A/S is Denmark's largest company within the defense industry with activities in the defense, security, and space sectors, with locations in Aarhus, Grenaa, and Søborg, Denmark, and subsidiaries in the U.S, the Netherlands, Germany, UK, Austria, Romania, Chezh Repuplic, Indonesia, Singapore, France, India, and UAE, and re­presentation office in Belgium.

As of 28 February 2023, the equity amounted to MDKK 898.2 (28 February 2022: MDKK 744.7).Development activitiesDevelopment activities of the Group are carried out in Terma A/S which during the FY 2022/23 had development activities in all business areas and as of 28 February 2023, the carrying amount was MDKK 610.0. Investments amounted to MDKK 102.1 and depreciations amounted to MDKK 86.3. It is expected that Terma A/S will be investing in development activities at the same or a higher level in 2022/23.
