Development in activities and financial matters
The gross profit for the year totals DKK 8.998.000 against DKK 14.237.000 last year. Loss from ordinary activities after tax totals DKK -7.922.000 against DKK -11.008.000 last year. Management considers the net loss for the year unsatisfactory.
The company has struggled with restructuring into 2023 and have for a large part of the year had an interim solution before a permanent solution with a new Managing Director came in place at the end of third quarter. The company managed to reduce the loss from the previous year despite lower revenue during the restructuring process, and going into 2024 the company considers itself cured and expects to deliver a positive net result.
Statement of the financial situation The company have had a substantial loss this year and last year. This is a consequence of the restructuring of the company to The Cloud People Group model. To ensure that the company can carry out its activities the parent company has agreed to provide adequate financial support to ensure the company’s continuity for the coming year.
