The Company's principal activities
The Company's principal activities consist in sale and distribution of medical equipment to hospitals and other treatment centres.
Development in activities and the financial situation
The Company's Income Statement of the financial year 1 January 2022 - 31 December 2022 shows a result of DKK 977.112 and the Balance Sheet at 31 December 2022 a balance sheet total of DKK 22.437.074 and an equity of DKK 9.463.878.
Sales increased compared to FY 2021 and were in line with budget projections for FY 2022. Operating expenses were proportionate to increase in sales.
Post financial year events
After the end of the financial year, no events have occurred which may change the financial position of the entity substantially.
Expectations for the future
We are optimistic that we can maintain the level of growth and continue to increase sales in FY 2023 compared to prior year FY 2022. Sales for 2023 are in line with projections to-date. We continue to maintain strong control over costs.
