Development in activities and financial matters The Company's Income Statement of the financial year 1 January 2023 - 31 December 2023 shows a result of EUR 208.331. The Balance Sheet shows a total at 31 December 2023 of EUR 8.880.985 and an equity of EUR 3.227.645. Post financial year events After the end of the financial year, no events have occurred which may change the financial position of the entity substantially. Outlook The company expects a profit of 400 t.EUR before tax for 2024. Risks There is no special risk apart from ordinary business risks. Environmental perfomance The Company is focused on a high level of quality and safety as an important element of the operation and has a strong focus on energy efficient ships as well as optimization of fuel consumption to reduce the carbon footprint. Research and development activities The Company is not involved in research and development activities. Net profit the year compared with expected developments in the most recently published annual report At the presentation of the last annual report, the management expected that the result for this financial year would be lower than the result for 2022. The result was therefor expected due to the market conditions in the financial year.
