Ledelsesberetning
The income statement for 2022 shows a profit of DKK 1,011,023 against a profit of DKK 184,370 last year, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2022 shows equity of DKK 4,400,823.
The business performance in 2022 was influenced by two events, the shortage of electronic devices in the global market, and the high inflation rate. To limit the former, TGCS used its internal stock to compensate the lack of components in the market. As for the latter, TGCS revised upward the price of its products to adapt to the higher costs caused by increases in the price of goods and transport.
As at 31 December 2022, the Company's current assets amount to DKK 21,726 thousand and the current liabilities amount to DKK 17,325 thousand. The Company is covered by the Group's treasury policy. The treasury policy ensures that the Company will have sufficient liquidity to settle its obligations as they are due.
