Ledelsesberetning
The income statement for 2022 shows a loss of DKK 599 thousand against a profit of DKK 5 last year, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2022 shows equity of DKK 2,096 thousand.
Management considers the Company's financial performance in the year unsatisfied but as expected due to development and expansion of the business in both Denmark and Sweden.
From 1 January 2022, the company will be part of the Group Hizkia B.V., an international operator in the market for transport and storage of art, and has trade and balances with the group's other companies. Further it is expected that this ownership will contribute to the continuation of the Company's positive development.
The company has changed name from Møbeltransport Danmark Fine Art A/S to HIZKIA Danmark A/S in March 2022.
The company is dependent on continued financial support from the parent company, Group Hizkia B.V. (HIZKIA VAN KRALINGEN GROUP B.V.), in 2023, and has received commitments from the parent company for support in 2023 according to the budget and the desire for further development and expansion of the business in Denmark and also Sweden.
