Management's review
Selskabets driftsaktiviteter er blevet nedlukket i regnskabsperioden 2021/2022. Selskabet har efterfølgende på ekstraordinær generealforsamling den 19.08.2022 truffet beslutning om at træde i solvent likvidation.Leif Munck blev valgt som likvidator og indtrådte dermed i selskabets ledelsesfunktioner.
Den 19-08-2022 blev likvidationen offentliggjort i Erhvervsstyrelsen. Der er fremkommet anmeldelser fra kreditorer, hvor der er tvist om kravet, hvilket selskabet har afvist, kreditor har indbragt det for skifteretten, og sagen behandles nu af retten med Advokat Andreas Kærsgaard Mylin som selskabets repræsenttant, der er ikke andre krav imod selskabet end de, der fremgår af omstående regnskab, og som vil blive honoreret ved forfald.
