Financial reviewThe company's income statement for the year ended 31 December 2024 shows a loss of kr. 7.440.902, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2024 shows negative equity of kr. 16.757.131.
2024 saw the continuation of challenging market conditions with subdued new build and renovation activity due to a high inflation and interest rate environment. Although a financial loss arose in 2024, the Company made progress in developing the quality of its product range and ends the year well placed for future market recovery.
The strong presence of Stelrad branded steel panel radiators in the Nordic markets was maintained during 2024, with margins at good levels. Introduction of additional products, including those sourced from Radiators S.P.A. in Italy, have been introduced to further support the margin growth in coming years.
Financing
In preparing these financial statements on the going concern basis, the directors have considered the current financial position of the company, the forecasts for the coming year and the risks inherent in operating in this market at this time. The directors consider that the company is dependent on the continuing financial support of its ultimate parent undertaking. The company has received written confirmation that the ultimate parent company will provide this continuing support for the period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements.
After making enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the parent company will have adequate resources to continue to provide their support for the period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements.
