Management's reviewStructureRambøll Management Consulting A/S is part of the Rambøll Gruppen A/S and is responsible for manage-ment consultancy services across all the markets in which the Rambøll Gruppen A/S is represented.Rambøll Management Consulting A/S has offices in Copenhagen and Aarhus and is established withindependent subsidiaries in Sweden, Norway and Belgium.Development in 2024Following a strong 2023 in revenue, Rambøll Management Consulting A/S experienced a minor downturn in 2024, with revenue reaching DKK 364.694 thousand compared to DKK 395.695 thousand in 2023, a decrease of 8% which was slightly below our expected decline of 5% which is due to change in marketconditions – especially within Energy transition. The Operating profit amounted to DKK 19.544 thousand in 2024 compared to DKK 12.948 thousand in 2023, an increase of 51% which was above our expected increase of 15% to 30%. Results for subsidiaries amounted to DKK 2.943 thousand in 2024 compared to DKK 2.321 thousand in2023, which is an increase compared to previous year.Employees, diversity and inclusionIn line with our Fundamentals and our commitment to the ten UN Global Compact principles, Rambøllrespects all employees, allowing them the same professional opportunities regardless of gender, race,age, cultural background, religion or sexual orientation. As in prior years, in 2024, weactively work with succession planning to develop female managers in the future, and we ensure thatour hiring process and job announcements are performed in a way that minimize unconscious bias.Unusual eventsManagement is not aware of any events subsequent to 31 December 2024 that are expected to have amaterial impact on the financial position.Expectations for the year aheadWe foresee more moderate growth across geographies in the coming year for the Management Consul-ting industry.
