Principal activities Konica Minolta Business Solutions Denmark A/S is a leading provider of Information Technology having core business areas within printing, copying, IT and document management solutions, where we still are one of the biggest suppliers on the Danish market. In addition to document management solutions, we have solutions within production printing for both graphic printing houses and for company in-house printing jobs, as well as industrial printing such as label printers. We have a strong nationwide service organisation with our own highly qualified service engineers who continuously service approx. 40,000 installations in Denmark, both on-site and off-site. Our focus is to deliver user-friendly and costeffective products and systems with high functionality and flexibility. Development in activities and financial position Loss for the year (including comparison with forecasts previously announced) Revenue for FY24/25 comes in at DKK 254m (18% down vs FY23/24), primarily driven by lower sales of multifunction printers to public customers and a corresponding reduction in revenue from services. The company’s other business areas are all at the same level as the previous year. Gross profit decreases by DKK 33m compared to FY23/24, primarily driven by the lower revenue. Personnel costs have decreased by DKK 9m compared to FY23/24 due to organizational adjustments. All related costs are included in the income statement for FY24/25. Depreciation has decreased as several fixed assets were fully depreciated during FY23/24. In FY24/25, the company chose to write down the full value of equity investments in the subsidiary NextAgenda ApS. This has a negative impact on the annual result of DKK 28.5m. The annual result shows a loss of DKK 66.5m compared to a loss of DKK 20.6m in FY23/24. Management considers the result not satisfactory. It was expected that revenue would decline compared to FY23/24, while the cost level would be adjusted. However, the realized revenue is lower than expected, and the lack of earnings from this negatively affects the result. The cost level has, however, been adjusted as planned. The write-down of the value of equity investments was not included in the result expectations, and together with the lower revenue, it is the main reason why the annual result does not meet expectations. The company’s receivables decrease by DKK 23m to DKK 77m as of 31 March 2025. The lower revenue, combined with a continuous focus throughout the year on reducing customer receivables, has driven this development. In March 2025, the company received DKK 91.7m as a tax-free grant from the parent company. This is recorded directly in equity. Beskrivelse af virksomhedens forventede udvikling

Outlook Management’s expectations for the financial year 2025/2026 are improved earnings driven by a slight increase in revenue as wells from the full-year effect of the organizational and cost adjustments made in FY24/25. Overall, the result expectation for FY25/26 is a result between DKK -5m and DKK 5m. Management’s assessment is that Konica Minolta has the necessary liquidity available.
