The income statement for 2023 shows a loss of DKK 25,229 thousand against a profit of DKK 8,743 thousand last year, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2023 shows equity of DKK 185,621 thousand.
The parent of EET Denmark A/S, EET Group A/S, acquired the Danish company Convena Group A/S in May 2023.
Convena Group have been merged with EET Denmark A/S with effect from May 23 2023 and financed via a contribution from EET Group A/S.
The Company’s earnings before Depreciation, Interet and Taxes (EBITDA) is affected by the merger/acquisition through restructuring costs related to the acquisition amounting to approximately DKK 27 million and though goodwill amortization of approximately DKK 19.5 million and therefore the net result for the year is negative.
