Description of key activities of the company
Global Boiler Aalborg A/S's principal activities are the service & repair of all types of marine boilers, incinerators and Inert Gas Generators and related equipment and accessories on a Worldwide Basis. Those business activities are conducted and performed also by the sister companies in Singapore and Dubai. In addition, a large selection of spare parts for the above industries is stocked and sold.
Furthermore, the Company perform sales, engineering and manufacturing of economizers in own production facilities in Denmark.
Global Boiler Aalborg A/S has a modern and efficient workshop that has a long tradition of its class approved boilers and boiler components.

Development in activities and financial matters
The gross profit for the year totals DKK 36.965.000 against DKK 26.755.000 The result from ordinary activities after tax totals DKK 5.107.000 against DKK 604.000 last year. The management considers the net profit for satisfactory due to the actual conditions.
The financial year has been characterized by a general increase in the market and is considered back to normal after the Corona pandemic. There is an increased focus on quality work when it comes to boiler repair and automation service, but also more competition.
The geopolitical challenges in the world have not had a significant impact on the level of activity, as the company's customers are not subject to sanctions.
In 2023, the company finalized implementation of a new IT system to both ensure the future requirements and efficiency in daily operations. A positive development in activity is expected in the coming financial year, with increased focus on earnings.
