​Trustpilot hosts reviews to help consumers shop with confidence and deliver rich insights to help businesses improve the experience they offer. The more consumers use our platform and share their own opinions; the richer the insights we offer businesses; and the more opportunities they have to earn the trust of consumers, from all around the world.

​Trustpilot A/S had an average of 304 in 2024 and is headquartered in Copenhagen, with operations in London, Edinburgh, New York, Denver, Melbourne, Berlin, Vilnius, Milan, and Amsterdam.

Development in activities and financesOur growth and results for 2024 demonstrate the continued strength of our business from both a financial and strategic perspective. The investments we continue to make in trust & transparency, and our culture of high performance, are helping us to maximize shareholder value whilst maintaining our strong sense of purpose.
• Revenue grew by 6% to DKK 1,063.4 million, from DKK 1,003.2 million in 2023.
• Trustpilot A/S reported a profit for the year of DKK 247.9 million, compared to a profit of DKK 141.0 million in 2023. The result of the year is impacted by an updated operational model where Trustpilot Ltd now has operational ownership of customers in the UK market and thereby contributes with royalty income to Trustpilot A/S under a Royalty license model.
• Deferred revenue decreased with 32% to DKK 146.6 million from DKK 215.3 million in 2023. The decrease is
due to the operational change described above.
• The Group has delivered a record set of results, reflecting the strength of the business model and focused execution.

OutlookWe delivered a strong performance in 2024, as we accelerated our move into profitability.
We expect revenue for 2025 to be in the same range as 2024 and a result before tax to be significantly lower than 2024, for
Trustpilot A/S for 2025 due to the change in the operational model as Trustpilot Ltd is now operating
under a royalty license model. We remain confident in delivering sustainable growth and operating leverage over
the long term given the significant market opportunity
