stThe net profit for the year 2024 was USD 88,306 thousand and equity at 31 December 2024 was USD 1,020,657 thousand. During the year Pandora Production Holding A/S received a dividend of USD 93,487 thousand from Pandora Production Co Ltd. and paid out extraordinary dividend of USD 93,487 thousand to Pandora A/S. Uncertainty in recognising and measuring There is no significant uncertainty in recognition and measurement. Unusual events The financial position at 31 December 2024 of the Company and the results of the activities of the Company for the financial year 2024 have not been affected by any unusual events. Subsequent events US tariffs On 2 April 2025, the US government announced additional tariffs on imported goods. This impacts Pandora in relation to products imported into the US and originating from Thailand and Vietnam. Since then, Pandora notes the decision by the US government on 9 April 2025 to pause these addi-tional tariffs by 90 days with, however, a 10% additional tariff effective already on several countries. Anticipating potential tariffs, Pandora has been working on mitigating measures for a while and has now also accelerated certain cost measures already planned. Pandora will be monitoring the development closely, including discussions between the US and countries impacted by the tariffs. Given the uncertainty and ongoing negotiations taking place between countries, it is too early to say if the valuation of the company's investments in subsidiaries in Thailand and Vietnam will be impacted going forward. Other events In 2025, Pandora Production Holding A/S received a dividend of USD 75,348 thousand from Pandora Production Co Ltd. Furthermore, the company has made an additional investment into Pandora Pro-duction Vietnam Company Ltd of USD 16,000 thousand. No other subsequent events have occurred after the balance sheet date.
