Unusually circumstances
Inflation and Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has had
negative economic consequences in the financial
year, with rising prices and decreasing sales rates.
In addition, the quantity of the offered cars have
been decreased as the suppliers have retained the
cars in their fleet for a longer period than before.
Except for the above the company’s assets, liabili-
ties and financial position at 31 March 2024 as well
as the result of the company’s activities and cash-
flows for 2023/24 are not effected by unusually cir-
cumstances.

Results and financial development
The company delivers a net profit of 42.846 TDKK
and the equity by the end of the year is 84.192
TDKK.
Expectations for 2024/25
The company expects that the activity will increase
with 0-20 % compared to the numbers for 2023/24.
At the same time the profit is expected to increase in
2024/25 with 0-30 % against the result for 2023/24.
