Ledelsesberetning sammendrag
Ledelsesberetning
Key activities Inspari is a leading consulting company specializing in helping organizations strategically activate data. We provide data consultancy, develop data strategies, implement modern data platforms and use advanced technologies such as AI and data science to create business value. Our core deliveries also include cloud and infrastructure services, as well as service delivery and support solutions. In addition, we offer a number of courses and events to strengthen our customers' competencies in data analysis and visualization. Development in the year In 2024, Inspari´s profit for the year is DKK 14,258k, and the company's balance sheet as of December 31, 2024 shows an equity of DKK 29,164k. This is affected by the uncertainties that were also mentioned in 2023, including a wait-and-see market. The goal has been to become the leading company within Microsoft's Intelligent Data Platform and AI in Denmark, and to be chosen as the preferred supplier. In 2024, Inspari was awarded Data Platform Partner of the Year at Microsoft. We want to be able to serve both large and small customers and aim to achieve a leading position in the market. Inspari has gained market shares in both the Enterprise and Corporate segments in Denmark. At the end of 2023, management decided to also focus internationally, and the business model now has an increased focus on consulting in Denmark as well as international. Furthermore, focus was put on the sale of subscription licenses for Microsoft technologies rather than software licenses, which has affected the revenue distribution for the financial year 2024. The year has seen growth in consultant revenue, increased activities in cloud transformation, a rapidly growing subscription-based software business, and a strong ability to retain and attract employees. 2024 has also been spent on optimising the business further after Inspari A/S came under majority ownership of valantic GmbH in the autumn of 2023, which made Inspari part of a larger organisation with over 4,000 new international colleagues. The company has invested resources in a successful integration, especially in the first half of 2024, which has had a positive impact on the financial result, especially in the second half of the year. This positive impact is expected to continue in 2025 and beyond. Objectives and expectations for the coming year In 2025, the company expects to further reap the synergies of the valantic ownership. In addition to continuing our strategic work to maintain our leading position in the Danish market for data, analytics and AI, it is further expected that Inspari will become a greater part of valantic's growth in the rest of Europe as well as create a strong Scandinavian platform for further growth. The company expects continued growth in its market, driven particularly by the need for digital transformation and the utilization of cloud-based data solutions. In addition, a continued investment in the company's resources is expected, covering both the upskilling of existing employees and the hiring of new ones. Revenue and earnings in 2025 are expected to be up 10% compared to the 2024 result. Significant assumptions and uncertainties The increased focus on digitalization and an associated desire to utilize the data asset help drive demand among Inspari´s customers. It is expected that 2025 will generally show a willingness to invest in the market, but there are several uncertainty factors in the outside world that create uncertainty and which may thus have an effect on the company's growth ambition. However, it is expected to see greater growth than the one we have seen in 2024. A prerequisite for the company's continued growth is the supply of qualified labor. It has previously been a major barrier, however we see a better adaptation of supply and demand for qualified labour in the future. The company continues to focus heavily on attracting and retaining employees and has launched initiatives to ensure continued upskilling. Environment and working environment Inspari has sustainability as one of its core values, which is reflected in a number of employee-driven initiatives that ensure that the company acts as responsibly as possible – both socially and climate-wise. In addition, the company continuously measures employee satisfaction on various parameters to ensure the best possible working environment. Knowledge and commitment At Inspari, our employees are our greatest strength. Their knowledge, commitment and ambitions drive us forward. Over the years, we've built strong processes and standards, but it is our people who make the difference. We continuously invest in developing their competencies, so that we do not just keep up with developments in technology and business development – we help shape it. As digitalization becomes increasingly important, the ability to connect people and data is crucial. It is a discipline that we are constantly refining. To attract and retain the best, we have created a cultural concept we call Heartwork with room for both ambitions and community. We work closely together, share knowledge and create a workplace based on trust, respect and a healthy work-life presence and balance. At Inspari, heart and brain go hand in hand. Both in our work and in the way we act together. Uncertainty relating to recognition and measurement There has been no uncertainty regarding recognition and measurement in the Annual Report. Unusual events The financial position at 31 December 2024 of the Company and the results of the activities and cash flows of the Company for the financial year for 2024 have not been affected by any unusual events. Subsequent events No events materially affecting the assessment of the Annual Report have occurred after the balance sheet date.Generalforsamlingsdato: 07-04-2025
