Ledelsesberetning
The income statement for 2021 shows a loss of DKK 4,439,074 against a loss of DKK 1,038,571 last year, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2021 shows a negative equity of DKK 4,124,540. Management considers the Company's financial performance in the year as not satisfying.
On the balance sheet date, the company has lost all its equity and the management will in accordance with the Companies Act explain the company's financial position at the general meeting.
The company's parent company, eGISS A / S, will hold until 31 December 2022 for securing the necessary liquidity in the company so that the annual report can be submitted under assumption of continued operation.
