Development in activities and financial matters
During the fiscal year 2022/23, PUFin ID has strengthened the IP portfolio considerably by maturing the technical solution and by developing additional IP protection.
The continued focus on developing a product portfolio within the brand, product, and logistics protection industry has enabled PUFin ID to build a strong commercial pipeline and progress towards closing of the first, bigger commercial agreement with international safety and security providers.
The fiscal year 2022/23 was completed with a capital raise of DKK 20 million from existing investors, showing a strong commitment and acknowledging the progress made during 2022/23. The investment was executed in September and is hence not visible in the fiscal year 2022/2023 accounts.
The gross loss for the year totals DKK -561.000 against DKK 2.263.000 the previous year and reflects the investments made in product development during the fiscal year. Loss from ordinary activities after tax totals DKK -10.342.000 against DKK -4.996.000 the previous year.
The management team has been strengthened with the appointment of a new CCO. The CEO and the CSO (and Founder) continues with no change in role or responsibility.
The management team is satisfied with development during the year.
