Ledelsesberetning
Financial review
The company's income statement for the year ended 31 December 2022 shows a profit of DKK 30.410.902, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2022 shows equity of DKK 109.192.456.
Management considers the company’s financial performance in the year satisfactory.
We expect to keep growing our business in 2023, resulting in a financial performance better than 2022.
In 2022 the COVID-19 pandemic was no longer considered a socially critical disease and most businesses are no longer affected by the pandemic. Work from home has become natural for our employees and Hybrid solutions are continued offered to our employees post COVID-19. Hybrid working has reduced the need of office space, resulting in a smaller office at our Aarhus location during 2022. In 2023 we will keep evaluation on the office space needed going forward.
In 2022 it became a reality that Russia invaded Ukraine, affecting a lot of businesses with activities in Russia and Ukraine. The invasion resulted in sanctions against Russian businesses and people. We have not been directly affected of the situation but as we have a broad range of international customers, some of our customers can have been affected.
We have a strong product portfolio, also within sanction listing and compliance, which our customers have shown greater interest in due to the current situation in Ukraine. The 2022 result has not been affected by the situation in Ukraine.
2022 has been the year where the integrating to Dun & Bradstreet has been finalized and the results of a strengthened our product portfolio and streamlined internal processes has started to show off. We expect to see further benefits from the strengthened ownership in 2023.
Data is the new natural resource of time, but it needs refining to create value and actionable insights. We aim to become the most wanted partner within Data & Analytics, enabling our customers to make Smart Decisions.
Customers need for data and analytics is greater and more crucial than ever. Yet we constantly need to develop our offerings and improve the quality in our solutions. Now being a full member of the Dun & Bradstreet family has strengthened our access to more new products and help ourselves and our customers to develop their business with a data driven approach.
