Årets bruttofortjeneste udgør kr. 47.671.166 mod kr. 27.845.937 sidste år. Det ordinære resultat efter skat udgør kr. 11.187.566 mod kr. -3.923.823 sidste år.
Vores indsatser og investeringer fra de foregående år fortsatte i 2020 med at “betale tilbage” til os. Trods Covid- 19 og et lidt stille 1. kvartal endte 2020 med et meget tilfredsstillende resultat. Investeringerne i automation og opkøbet af en mindre virksomhed i slutningen af 2019 skabte sammen med medarbejderne og den høje aktivitet både lokalt og på eksportmarkederne en klar forbedring af resultatet og understreger at vores strategi og fokus på kerneforretningen er rigtig.
Fusion
Ledelsen har i regnskabsåret 2020 fusioneret ML Beslag ApS og Simpson Strong-Tie A/S med sidstnævnte som den fortsættende virksomhed. Fusionen er gennemført som en lodret skattepligtig fusion med virkning fra 1. januar 2020., Development in activities and financial matters
The gross profit for the year is DKK 47.671.166 against DKK 27.845.937 last year. The results from ordinary activities after tax are DKK 11.187.566 against DKK -3.923.823 last year.
Our efforts and investments from previous years continued in 2020 to “pay back”. Despite Covid-19 and a somewhat quiet 1st quarter, 2020 ended with a very satisfying result. The investments in automation and the acquisition of a smaller company at the end of 2019, together with the employees and the high activity both locally and in the export markets, this created a clear improvement in the result and emphasizes that our strategy and focus on the core business is right.

In the financial year 2020, the management merged ML Beslag ApS and Simpson Strong-Tie A/S with Simpson Strong-Tie A/S as the continuing company. The merger has been implemented as a taxable merger with effect from 1. January 2020
